Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot. You will lead in-store engagement, product demonstrations, and promotional events, supported by data analytics and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Candidate will excel in a fast-paced retail environment, manage inventory, and collaborate with Home Depot teams to optimize shelf presence and sales performance, with nationwide locations available.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year in one state.
• Personal vehicle required for travel to store locations and meetings.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot with best-in-class B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Leverage Power BI analytics to guide merchandising decisions and store layouts.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot teams to enhance in-store execution.
