Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share at The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and execute promotions while leveraging Power BI and MS Office for analytics and reporting.

Key responsibilities include planning events, maintaining brand presence, and building partnerships with Home Depot staff. Position requires travel, driving, and a high level of energy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver's license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising and use data analytics (Power BI) to drive decisions.
• Build understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently in your market.
• Develop relationships with Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support product placement and growth.
