Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in retail operations, foodservice, merchandising, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or leading operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and guest-experience strategies.
• Confident coach and relationship builder able to influence multiple leadership levels.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 75–90% for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support visual merchandising resets across multiple accounts.
• Coach retail leaders and operators on execution, merchandising standards, and best practices.
• Support onboarding and development programs for retail managers and field leadership.
• Help roll out standardized culinary, retail, marketing, and promotional programs.
• Monitor program adoption, provide field feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate observations to key stakeholders.
