Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a hands‑on Retail Solutions Manager to support cafe and retail locations nationwide. This role involves field work, travel to openings and refurbishments, and driving guest‑experience improvements across sites.

You will lead merchandising resets, coach leaders on execution, and roll out standardized programs while partnering with onsite directors and cross‑functional teams. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in retail operations, foodservice, merchandising, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or leading operational improvement initiatives preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and guest‑experience strategies.
• A confident coach and relationship builder who can influence teams at multiple leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support visual merchandising resets across multiple accounts.
• Coach retail leaders and operators on execution, merchandising standards, and operational best practices.
• Support onboarding and development programs for retail managers and field leadership.
• Help roll out standardized culinary, retail, marketing, and promotional programs.
• Monitor program adoption, share field feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate observations, wins, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
