Job summary

2020 Companies seeks a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit assigned Utah territory retailers, educate them about the client’s financial services and program benefits, and build strong merchant relationships in-store.

You will travel daily, provide on-site support, ensure POS materials are in place, and document outcomes with mobile tools while collaborating with leadership to hit territory goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance and successful MVR screening.
• Field-based role visiting local retailers and educating on the program.
• Proven ability to build relationships and provide education in-store.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner
• Introduce and educate new merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits
• Provide on-site support and address questions to ensure merchant understanding
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
• Work closely with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations
