2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, raise program visibility, and support business growth across your territory. This field-based role travels locally to visit merchants and educate them on the client’s financial services and program benefits.

You will be the face of the brand in stores, manage a daily route of 22–35 visits, and work with leadership to meet territory goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of sales, promotions, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
