The Little Clinic seeks a dedicated clinician to deliver high-quality care within our family practice scope in Ohio. You will build enduring patient relationships, collaborate with store staff and health care partners, and uphold the company values of respect, integrity, and safety.

You will ensure clinic operations meet budgets and quality targets, participate in peer reviews, and support education and mentorship across regional clinics.

Qualifications

• MSN with Family Nurse Practitioner or PA with board eligibility
• 1 year of healthcare experience
• Active license and certification (AANP/ANCC)
• Board-certified FNP-C or PA-C where eligible
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance and staff meetings
• Maintain safe, quality-based healthcare environment
• Ensure clinic hours are met and operations run smoothly
• Engage with regional management to promote TLC and community outreach
• Coordinate inventory and order supplies to control costs
• Perform quality checks on instruments and CLIA-waived testing
• Use EHR systems per HIPAA and policy requirements
• Mentor staff and support ongoing education
• Cover clinics within the region as needed
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code
• Support other operational duties as assigned
• Travel to designated clinics if float
• Perform essential duties with/without accommodation
