Qualifications

• MSN with FNP or PA-C; OH requires 500 post-graduate hours for PA-Cs.
• Active license and board certification (FNP-C or PA-C) with state credentials.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience and valid driver's license.
• Ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Build relationships with patients, clinic staff and healthcare community.
• Ensure safety and quality in a patient-centered care environment.
• Keep clinic open during scheduled hours and manage supplies inventory.
• Participate in community events to promote TLC and increase utilization.
• Assist in HIPAA compliance and use of company information systems.
