Job summary

The Little Clinic in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care within a retail clinic setting. You will deliver clinical care, maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows, and collaborate with regional management to ensure open clinics and strong patient satisfaction.

You’ll lead quality improvement, participate in peer review, and mentor staff while managing inventory and costs to support profitable operations across the region.

Qualifications

• Must have MSN in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s in Nursing/Physician Assistant with OH 500 hours post-graduate experience.
• 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Active license with AANP or ANCC certification and state credentials.
• Board-certified FNP-C or PA-C, where eligible.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with clinical procedures.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.
• Experience in retail health, emergency health, or critical care.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safety- and quality-focused healthcare environment.
• Keep the clinic open for all scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC and increase utilization.
• Respond to customer experience survey findings as directed.
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies to control costs.
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA-waived testing.
• Use health information systems in HIPAA-compliant ways.
• Support mentor program as a resource and role model.
• Attend ongoing education to keep clinical knowledge current.
• Provide coverage for regional clinics as needed.
• Control costs to meet profitability goals.
• Maintain community presence through nursing organizations and outreach.
• Present a neat, professional image in dress code.
• Participate in other duties as assigned by regional management.
• If float, travel to designated clinics within territory.
