Job summary

ALDI Harrisburg is seeking a Store Associate to merchandize, stock, cashier, and clean to keep the store inviting. Expect ~30+ hours weekly with starting wages of $20 per hour, increasing in year 2–5 to $20.50/$21.00/$21.00/$22.00.

You will use the POS system, adhere to cash policies, stock shelves, complete curbside orders, and support management in achieving efficiency and loss prevention goals. Strong customer service and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS system.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product and maintain neat shelves.
• Cashier duties and accurate scanning of purchases.
• Follow merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to store policies.
