Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail setting. You will help drive sales, assist with merchandise handling, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
