Finish Line in the United States is seeking an energetic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will engage with customers, assist with product placement, and keep the sales floor organized.

Formación

• Experience in retail or similar role; track record of meeting sales targets preferred.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, orders, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals while following policies and safety rules.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
