Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates, and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative, and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clutter-free, clear path to emergency exits and report unsafe conditions.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect; be friendly and professional at all times.
• Assist Customers; greet, answer questions, and help with merchandise on the sales floor and at the register.
• Respond promptly to Customer service calls and escalate to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a neat, clean store and restrooms to standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code.
