Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Tucson location. You will assist with merchandise presentation, checkout, and maintaining store standards while upholding safety and policies.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
Customer-centric with passion for delivering outstanding service.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for checkout operations.

Responsibilities

Create exceptional shopping experiences by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
