Job summary

The Finish Line is seeking a friendly Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will assist with merchandising, checkout, and maintaining store presentation while upholding company standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility to work weekends and evenings, and a focus on meeting sales goals. You’ll participate in training, contribute to a welcoming store environment, and help drive store performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric: ability to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
