Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics in San Francisco is seeking a Retail Experience Specialist to support sales and education teams, expand internal communications between retail and office, manage the retail calendar, distribute materials, and provide essential administrative support.

This role collaborates with remote sales teams nationwide to ensure smooth execution of retail experience initiatives and administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative function.
• Must have proof of insurance, a current and valid driver’s license, and a reliable means of transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully complete the E-Verify process.
• Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to travel, by air if necessary, to meet the needs of the business.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Expand internal communications between retail and office teams, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely dissemination of information.
• Act as a central point of contact for the sales & education team, gathering feedback and bridging communication gaps with office-based departments.
• Support retail calendar management and accountability by providing timely account updates and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key dates and activities.
• Streamline and support the efficient distribution of materials from office teams to the field, ensuring all sales and education teams have the necessary resources.
• Oversee and maintain sales team communication using various internal systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
• Partner with Account Teams to create monthly and quarterly communication tools (i.e.Sales Huddles, Freelance Huddles, etc.).
• Leverage ThinkTime and other retail supporting technology tools to enhance the overall flow of sales & education communication.
