Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking a Retail Beauty Sales & Education Specialist to support brand education, in-store events, and Bay Area retail growth. You will educate Beauty Advisors, engage shoppers, and drive product knowledge across Sephora, ULTA, Macy's, and other retailers.

The role is a part-time contract with roughly 30 hours per week, flexible schedule, and travel within the San Francisco Bay Area. A personal vehicle is required for up to 50 miles travel.

Qualifications

• Beauty retail background with Sephora/Ulta/Macy's-like environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles within Bay Area and manage 30 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Report regional sales growth strategies to National Field Manager.
• Build productive relationships with retail partner teams.
• Deliver brand and product training for Beauty Advisors.
• Support in-store sales growth through education and promotions.
• Participate in retailer events, promos, and activations.
• Submit weekly field activity reports.
• Communicate professionally across departments.
• Use Excel and Word to organize reporting data.
