Job summary

The Employee Connect seeks a Retail Sales Education Specialist for a six-month field-based contract in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role focuses on driving sell-through through product education and strong relationships with key retail accounts.

Responsibilities include conducting in-store education sessions, building store relationships, monitoring merchandising and inventory, and executing brand events at retail locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales, beauty education, or brand ambassador experience.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license for field travel.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends.
• Based in or near the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store product education and training sessions for retail beauty staff
• Build and maintain productive relationships with store managers and beauty advisors
• Monitor product placement, merchandising standards, and inventory at assigned accounts
• Drive sell-through by educating consumers on product benefits and usage
• Execute brand events, launches, and demonstrations at retail locations
• Submit timely field activity reports and competitive insights to the brand team
