Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Experience Supervisor who will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences in-store. You’ll focus on developing employees, managing performance, and guiding store performance toward company goals, while driving growth and improving results.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience OR 6 months of experience as a Best Buy shift lead
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer and employee experiences
• Drive localized customer and employee and share trend with other store leaders
• Provide positive experiences, skill development and performance management
• Lead efforts to maximize positive results or course-correct when needed
