Marshalls in Salisbury is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfied shopping experience. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and support operations across sales floor and back-of-house tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
