Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Understands that safety is the number one priority and practices safe behaviors in everything they do.
• Maintains a safe, clutter-free sales floor and reports hazards to Store Leadership.
• Treats customers and associates with respect and courtesy; friendly and professional at all times.
• Greet Customers by eye contact and hello; assist with merchandise and questions.
• Provides prompt responses to Customer Service calls and escalates as needed.
• Represents and supports the Company brand at all times.
• Performs cleaning tasks to maintain store areas.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to the dress code.
• Ensures merchandising standards and monthly presentation guidelines.
• Expedites new merchandise receipts to the sales floor according to guidelines.
• Understands Loss Prevention and MOS policies and related protections.
• Follows cash, check, card transactions and refunds with accuracy.
• Demonstrates urgency to maximize productivity and store practices.
