Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience by engaging with customers and following company policies.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintains merchandising standards and the sales floor presentation.
• Prepares merchandise for the floor and supports stock replenishment.
• Participates in store recovery, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support store operations.
