The TJ Maxx store in Fort Worth is hiring a customer-focused associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will help process purchases, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and support store operations with a team-oriented mindset.

You will participate in promotions, loss prevention, and safety initiatives while adapting to changing business needs and shift requirements. A strong customer service background and teamwork are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures
• Initiates and participates in store recovery throughout the day
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Provides and accepts feedback
• Follows labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
