Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive sales, manage inventory, and support merchandising efforts in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a weekly availability that includes mornings, days, and nights, plus weekends and holidays. Strong English communication and basic math skills are essential, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and operational goals while adhering to policies and safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
