Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Jacksonville, FL. You will assist with sales, merchandising, and routines that drive store performance while upholding brand standards.

You’ll work with a team to meet sales targets, maintain high service levels, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Availability including weekends and holidays is required; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role.
• Customer-centric and able to deliver outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies; meet sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional duties and projects as required.
