• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance, with adherence to policies and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
