Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Retail Execution Specialist to amplify the in-store presence of our Advanced Hydration brands across assigned territory, focusing on merchandising, displays, and sales growth.

You will collaborate with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Field team to execute programs, gather customer insights, and drive brand impact while navigating a large number of stores across Pittsburgh and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Entry-level applicants with 0–2 years in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Pittsburgh, PA or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling, problem solving, and creative thinking.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across many stores.
• Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record, and hold a valid driver’s license; willingness to drive throughout the territory is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: grow base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and maintain excellent customer service.
• Creative Display Management: install and maintain creative displays aligned with branding initiatives.
• Brand Ambassadorship: interact with store personnel and consumers to provide product knowledge and insights.
• Program Execution: execute all sales programs and promotions and ensure customer compliance.
• Collaboration: partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team to execute plans.
• Customer Insights: gather and report needs, problems, and competitive activities.
• Territory Account Maintenance: manage date codes, plan-o-grams, decals, and POS advertising.
• Technology Utilization: use company tech for real-time reporting and insights.
