Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Pittsburgh is seeking a Retail Execution Specialist to amplify in-store execution of Advanced Hydration brands. You will focus on merchandising, upselling, and driving sales growth across assigned stores and territory.

As a brand ambassador, you will install creative displays, manage plan-o-grams, report customer insights, and collaborate with field teams to ensure product availability and brand standards across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 0–2 years in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Pittsburgh, PA or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: identify opportunities to grow base business and optimize display space.
• Creative Display Management: assist with installation and maintenance of displays aligned with branding.
• Brand Ambassadorship: interact with store personnel and consumers to share product knowledge.
• Program Execution: execute sales programs and promotional initiatives.
• Collaboration: work with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and Field team to execute plans.
• Customer Insights: gather and report needs and competitive activities.
• Territory Account Maintenance: manage date codes, plan-o-grams, decals, and POS materials.
• Technology Utilization: use company tech for real-time reporting and insights.
