Product Connections, a unit of Acosta Group, is seeking a Retail Supervisor-Events to lead in-store events and coach Event Specialists to ensure top execution.

You will audit processes, train staff, maintain Food Safety standards, and collaborate with store management to deliver flawless events while controlling expenses and scheduling.

The role oversees 10–50 employees, travels locally, and emphasizes teamwork and customer service; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and/or Technical Diploma or 1-2 years related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite programs.
• Valid driver’s license required; Food Safety certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, supervise and motivate employees; develop them to meet client expectations.
• Train Events Specialists on company processes and responsibilities.
• Ensure quality execution by auditing Event Specialists and maintaining Food Safety practices.
