Job summary

Product Connections, a part of Acosta Group, is seeking a Retail Supervisor-Events to oversee in-store event execution and coach Event Specialists. You will recruit, train, and guide staff, coordinate with store management, and monitor scorecards to ensure top performance and food safety.

The role may require local travel and strong collaboration with field support, recruiting, and client services. Salary is $45,000 annually with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and/or Technical Diploma or 1-2 year’s related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license is required; A National Registry of Food and Safety certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Local Food Handlers permit if required.
• Bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervising and motivating employees to deliver client expectations.
• Train Events Specialists on company processes, policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
• Conduct audits and coaching to ensure quality event execution and food safety.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming events and past event execution.
• Serve as the point of contact for all events in the store and assist with event kits and materials.
• Monitor payroll and expenses, manage event scorecards and on-date execution.
• Reschedule events to maximize on-date, weekend and total execution results.
• Share competitive knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Maintain a clean, functional demo kitchen and ensure equipment is in good repair.
