Job summary

T-ROC (The Revenue Optimization Companies) is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to represent consumer brands inside Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's and other big-box retailers during two-week roadshows. This is a short-term, high-impact role where you’ll demo products, engage shoppers, and drive sales.

You will stand for long periods, lift 25–50 pounds, and use a smartphone with Vision App for timekeeping and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications, presentation and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or sales preferred.
• Stand for extended periods, lift 25–50 pounds, and work varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down designated display or demo station in retail locations.
• Engage customers, demonstrate products, and explain key features/benefits.
• Log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in apps in real time.
• Follow store safety and promotional material guidelines during events.
• Utilize Vision App for timekeeping and reporting; adapt to fast-paced environment.
