Job summary

Retail Operators, LLC is seeking energetic individuals to represent consumer brands inside Costco, Sams, BJ's and other big-box retailers during short-term roadshows. You’ll demo products, engage shoppers, and drive sales in a flexible, event-based role with potential for ongoing assignments.

You should be comfortable standing for long periods, have strong communication and customer-service skills, and be able to use a smartphone app for timekeeping and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or sales preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Varied schedules, including weekends and evenings, based on event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products and ensure promotional materials and samples are displayed.
• Engage customers to promote and sell the product.
• Provide demonstrations and explain key features/benefits.
• Log sales activity and customer engagement using mobile apps.
• Follow store and safety protocols during events.
