Zusammenfassung

T-ROC (The Revenue Optimization Companies) seeks energetic individuals for two-week roadshows inside Costco, Sams, BJ’s and other retailers. You’ll demo products, engage shoppers, and drive sales with flexible schedules and no travel requirements.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, retail or promotions experience, and the ability to stand for long periods. Training covers Vision App timekeeping and reporting for performance tracking.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communications, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in retail, promotions, or sales preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings as needed.
• Must operate a smartphone compatible with Vision App for reporting.

Aufgaben

• Set up and break down display, kiosk, or demo station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products and ensure materials are displayed.
• Engage customers to promote and sell products.
• Provide demonstrations and explain features/benefits.
• Log sales activity and inventory usage in real time via apps.
• Follow store safety and hygiene protocols.
