Job summary

Michaels Roanoke store is seeking a team member to help maintain the store's overall look, deliver friendly customer service, and assist customers in finding what they need. The role includes cleaning duties and adherence to store standards to provide a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include checkout support, rewards enrollments, omni-channel tasks (BOPIS, SFS), and stocking/planogram activities, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Preferred Type of experience the job requires
• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.
• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Participate in the truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
