Job summary

The Michaels Stores Roanoke location is seeking a part-time Retail Environmental Team Member to maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, unload trucks, stock shelves and support store operations.

You will engage with customers, participate in rewards enrollments, and help with Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store processes, while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines. Availability includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Sixteen (16) years or older to work in the U.S. per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves, unload trucks, and participate in planogram processes.
• Assist with checkout, rewards enrollments, and omni-channel requests.
