Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintains housekeeping and recovery standards in backroom areas.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and company policies.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs.
