Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing directions.
• Capability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to train others.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep processes efficient.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Organize truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth goods flow.
