Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking and working with peers

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandizing flow to sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of backroom and store areas
• Promotes safety, labor policies, and loyalty programs
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Provides progress updates to management
