Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Part-Time Educator at Perimeter Mall to deliver world-class guest experiences, share high-quality product education, and connect with our community. The role supports omnichannel programs and follows store standards to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.

The Educator will work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours, contributing to a respectful, inclusive team environment and a luxury store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the Right to Work documentation and meet local legal requirements (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences through authentic engagement and product education
• Provide customized purchase and return solutions and support
• Explain product value and benefits to guests
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to assist guests and complete transactions
• Collaborate with leadership to address guest feedback and improve service
