Qualifications

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and address needs.
• Provide product education and articulate the value of lululemon products.
• Process transactions accurately and support omnichannel programs (buy Online/Pickup in Store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to address concerns.
