You will manage daily store operations, Shopify listings, pricing, inventory, orders and returns, and coordinate shipping for furniture and lighting. You’ll also create on-brand marketing materials and support events and trunk shows.

• Proficiency in Canva, Instagram and Mailchimp for marketing and communications.
• Experience coordinating shipping and freight, including large or fragile items.

• Strong eye for visual merchandising and a love of interior design, home furnishings and luxury retail.

• Create on-brand flyers in Canva, promote new arrivals on Instagram, and run Mailchimp campaigns.
• Support events and trunk shows, and source products and vendors for review.

Shop Danielle Rollins, the retail home and gift store of Palm Beach designer Danielle Rollins, is looking for a detail-driven Retail & E-Commerce Manager to run our West Palm Beach shop and Shopify store. This is a full-time, fully in-person role (Monday–Friday, 9–5) at 6405 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

What you'll do

• Run daily store operations: receive, price and tag merchandise, keep the shop beautifully merchandised and fully stocked, and keep the stockroom organized.
• Manage Shopify: product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, returns and exchanges.
• Pack and ship in-stock online orders within 1–2 business days, carefully and attractively.
• Keep customers informed about order status, backorders and delays by email and phone.
• Coordinate shipping and freight for the shop and select design clients, including crating, quotes, pickups and tracking for furniture, art and lighting.
• Schedule and oversee handymen, installers and vendors for store needs.
• Create on-brand flyers and invitations in Canva, promote new arrivals on Instagram, and run email campaigns in Mailchimp.
• Support events and trunk shows, and source new products and vendors for Danielle's review.
