Job summary

Gretchen Scott Designs is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce/Shopify Manager to own the daily running of our Pelham, NY online shop. You’ll manage product uploads, collections, pricing, inventory syncing, discounts, and site updates while ensuring listings are accurate, SEO-friendly, and on-brand.

You will collaborate with our design and production teams at headquarters to plan arrivals, seasonal drops, and promotions, keeping the online store aligned with in-store experiences and customer

Qualifications

• Ecommerce experience in fashion or apparel is required.
• Strong hands-on Shopify backend skills: products, variants, collections, apps.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills for many SKUs and launches.
• Understanding of how fashion customers shop online.
• Must be able to work on-site at Pelham, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily running of the Shopify store: uploads, collections, pricing, inventory syncing, discounts, site updates.

This is an in-house position at our Pelham, NY office. It is not hybrid or remote.

What you’ll do

• Manage the daily running of our Shopify store, including product uploads, collections, pricing, inventory syncing, discounts and site updates
• Write and optimize product listings so they’re accurate, appealing and SEO-friendly
• Plan and launch new arrivals, seasonal drops and promotions on the site
• Work with our social media, retail and warehouse teams so online and in-store stay in sync
• Keep the site fresh, on-brand and easy to shop

What you need

• Ecommerce experience in fashion or apparel (required)
• Strong hands-on skills in the Shopify back end, including products, variants, collections, & apps, (required)
• A sharp eye for detail and good organization when juggling many SKUs and launches
• An understanding of how fashion customers shop online
• Ability to work on-site at our Pelham, NY office

Nice to have

• Photo editing skills in Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere)
• An eye for styling and merchandising product imagery

Compensation

Based on experience.

You’ll join a brand with a loyal following and a lot of personality. You’ll have real ownership of our online business and work side by side with our design and production team at headquarters.
