Danielle Rollins Brands LLC in West Palm Beach seeks a detail-oriented Retail & E-Commerce Manager to run our shop and Shopify store. This is a full-time, in-person role (Mon–Fri, 9–5) at 6405 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

You will manage daily store operations, Shopify listings, pricing, inventory, orders and returns, and coordinate shipping for furniture and lighting. You’ll also create on-brand marketing materials and support events and trunk shows.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Shopify experience for product listings, pricing, inventory, orders and fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Canva, Instagram and Mailchimp for marketing and communications.
• Experience coordinating shipping and freight, including large or fragile items.
• Excellent organization, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Warm, polished customer service and communication skills.
• Strong eye for visual merchandising and a love of interior design, home furnishings and luxury retail.

Aufgaben

• Run daily store operations: receive, price, tag merchandise and keep the shop stocked and merchandised.
• Manage Shopify: product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, returns and exchanges.
• Pack and ship online orders within 1–2 business days, carefully and attractively.
• Inform customers about order status, backorders and delays by email and phone.
• Coordinate shipping and freight for shop and design clients, including quotes and tracking.
• Schedule and oversee vendors, installers and handymen for store needs.
• Create on-brand flyers in Canva, promote new arrivals on Instagram, and run Mailchimp campaigns.
• Support events and trunk shows, and source products and vendors for review.
