Lidl US Store Associates keep our stores running strong, delivering a fast, customer-focused experience in a dynamic, all-hands role. You will support checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotional setups in one shift.

We offer structured teamwork, clear efficiency standards, and opportunities to learn Lidl’s global business from the ground up. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service that makes their trip easy.
• Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas like bakery or produce.
• Meet productivity goals by working with urgency and following Lidl’s processes.
• Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing.
• Keep the store clean across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately, including PLU memorization.
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Help keep inventory accurate and stock-loss low by following inventory control measures.
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for team members and customers.
