Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service at checkout and in-store areas.
• Seamlessly move between checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and promotional setups.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled sections.
• Set up non-food displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately, memorize PLUs, and assist customers with returns.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and reduce stock losses by following procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for staff and customers.
