Lidl US is seeking Store Associates to support checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotions in a dynamic, team-based environment. Your effort will be visible hourly as you deliver efficient service and maintain high presentation standards.

The role offers pathways to learn multiple areas of store operations and grow within Lidl’s global business. Successful candidates are 18 or older, with strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a readiness to perform a range of duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and bakery/produce areas.
• Meet productivity goals with urgency and Lidl's processes.
• Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up non-food promotional displays and weekly offers.
• Keep store clean across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately (PLUs).
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and resolve issues.
• Help keep inventory accurate and minimize stock loss.
• Follow safety procedures and store guidelines.
• Work with the team to complete daily tasks for the next shift.
