Job summary

Lidl US is seeking Store Associates to help run daily operations, from checkout to stocking and areas like bakery and produce. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with clear efficiency standards and opportunities to learn Lidl’s global business from the ground up.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with benefits including a discount, medical and vision coverage, PTO, 401k, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, and areas like bakery or produce.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up promotional displays with accurate signage and pricing.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across sales floor and facilities.
• Operate register quickly and accurately and handle returns.
