Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is hiring for Retail Donation Attendant positions at our Oxford store, 190 S Washington, Oxford. Roles include assisting donors, processing donations, and maintaining a clean, safe sales floor.

Both part-time and full-time schedules are available at 30 hours for benefits eligibility. The position offers $16.00 per hour and a 20% discount on in-store purchases, plus career advancement opportunities through Goodwill Academy.

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, assisting them with donations in a friendly, professional, and safe manner.
• Assist with customer/donor concerns, handling them professionally.
• Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form; record all gaylords/items accurately on the Bill of Lading.
• Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining the cleanliness in the backroom and on the sales floor.
• Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency.
