Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is hiring full-time Donation Attendants for the Fenton store at 3150 Owen Rd. Expect $15.00 per hour to start with opportunities for annual bonuses and a 20% in-store employee discount. Duties include assisting donors, recording donations, and maintaining backroom and sales floor cleanliness.

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, fast-pacedindividuals to fill Full-Time Retail Donation Attendant Positions at our Fenton Store located at 3150 Owen Rd.,Fenton

$15.00 an hour to start! Opportunity to earn annual bonuses AND 20% discount on in-store purchases.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, assisting them with donations in a friendly, professional, and safe manner.
• Assist with customer/donor concerns, handling them professionally.
• Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form; record all gaylords/items accurately on the Bill of Lading.
• Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining the cleanliness in the backroom and on the sales floor.
• Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency.

• Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts as assigned; Sunday – Saturday between thehours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Extra shifts may be required.
• Can you lift and carry35 pounds?
• Can youreach, bend or stoop?
• Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
• Do you have areliable means of transportationto report to work on time?
• Ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques.
• Ability to work in cold or warm temperatures, depending on weather and donation traffic.
