TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a District Manager for Lancaster, SC. You will oversee operations, drive sales performance, coach teams in a fast-paced wireless retail setting, and build strong customer relationships.

Your role blends field leadership with scheduling, inventory controls, and adherence to merchandising standards. You will recruit, hire, and develop talent, lead by example in customer-first selling, and ensure daily execution of policies while planning for peak selling

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work full-time (about 45 hours/week).
• Retail environment experience and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel 100%, including overnight travel.
